Contract Management

First of all, contract management is important when concluding contracts. Good agreements and reducing risks around agreements are two important goals in that aspect. 

Contract management is not limited to the conclusion or termination of contracts. The execution of contracts is also included. Whether qualitatively or quantitatively: implementation without complying with the agreements can cause damage to a company. Consider, for example, image damage or financial damage. Within contract management, it is therefore also important to monitor implementation, in order to prevent damage in this way.
